How to Change GoDaddy Name Servers ?

To make changes to your name servers at GoDaddy:

  1.     Log into your GoDaddy Account Manager.
  2.     Click on the Products tab, and go to the Domains section.
  3.     Click the Launch button on the far right.
  4.     Check the box next to the domain name(s) you want to modify.
  5.     Click the Nameservers icon in the top menu.
  6.     Click Set Nameservers from the drop-down menu.
  7.     In the popup window that appears, select one of the following options:
  8.         I want to park my domains — This option will park your domain name on GoDaddy's parked servers. When going to your domain name from a web browser, GoDaddy's default parking page will appear.
  9.         I want to forward my domains — Use this option if you want to forward this domain name to another URL.
  10.         I have a hosting account with these domains — Use this option when your domain name is hosted with GoDaddy and you plan on using GoDaddy nameservers.
  11.         I have specific nameservers for my domains — This option indicates that the domain name is to be hosted with another company other than GoDaddy (enter the two or more nameservers your hosting provider gave you) or you have custom nameservers you want to use for this domain name.
  12.     If your domain name is hosted with a third party (such as HostGator) and the domain extension is eligible for DNSSEC to be applied, click Manage DNS Records to set up self-managed DNSSEC. Please note, this is optional when updating name servers.
  13.     Click OK.
